Civil works for new multi-family development with 12-units on a 7,500 lot. Design and permitting services for a new 83.50 LF of 8-inch DIP water main extension; 4-inch DIP water service; 4-inch DIP fire service; and 6-inch DIP sanitary lateral.
Services also included the design of new on-site paving, grading and drainage system with 20 LF of 15-inch HDPE exfiltration trench; new sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement resurfacing, and drainage system improvements in the right-of-way.
