Civil works for new 3-story apartment complex. Improvements consisted of new 2-inch HDPE water service; 6-inch DIP fire service; and 6-inch PVC sanitary lateral.
Improvements also consisted of new on-site drainage system with 1 gravity drainage well to handle runoffs from the roof; on-site paving and grading for the 5,000 S.F. lot; and 15 LF of 24-inch exfiltration trench connected to 2 manholes and 1 inlet to improve the drainage system in the right-of-way.
